Know Your Enemy.

"There is no liberty, if the power of judging be not separated from the legislative and executive powers. And it proves, in the last place, that as liberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, but would have every thing to fear from its union with either of the other departments;" Alexander Hamilton , Federalist No. 78

Alexander Hamilton also said the judiciary was the weakest of all departments in the same article, yet still wrote the above quote. He foresaw the current state of the federal goernment. If you can't get your agenda passed by the consent of the governed, then you have to find a way to tell the governed your agenda is what they must believe, even if it is contrary to everything the governed hold dear.


"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed." Declaration of Independence, 1776


When certain line and concepts of this passage are twisted, and others are left out, it becomes easy to manipulate the governed into an agenda they would never allow if asked to vote on it.

I have only one question.

Who is your "Creator", and why would you do anything that would joepardize the end result this creation, life, liberty, and pursiut of happiness of all?
